John Stout, Ph.D.
John knows how to help you create the right people practices to drive results.
Before restarting his consulting business, John led talent management and leadership for AIG. He led global teams to enhance performance management, talent planning, succession planning, culture transformation and leadership development.
John earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. In college, John spent two years studying in China as an exchange student.
John lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife and has two sons. Away from work, he spends time backpacking and kayaking in some of the most beautiful forests, rivers and lakes in Tennessee. It’s an amazing experience to sit perfectly still and watch the woods wake up around you.
